Combine two cups of cooked ground chicken or turkey, one cup of brown rice, one fourth cup grated carrots, four teaspoons cottage cheese or plain yogurt, and four teaspoons of vegetable oil.

Serve at room temperature and refrigerate leftovers. This should feed one cat for three days.
